Cancellation Policy
Individuals:
• If cancelled more than 91 days before departure, 20% of the net rate is forfeited.
• If cancelled 90 days or less before departure, the entire rate is forfeited, without refund.
Groups (half group or larger):
• If cancelled more than nine months before departure, the $1500 deposit can be transferred to a new booking, valid for one year from the cancellation date. If not transferred, it is forfeited.
• If cancelled between nine months and 181 days before departure, the $5000 deposit is forfeited.
• If cancelled between 180 and 91 days before departure, 20% of the group rate is forfeited.
• If cancelled 90 days or less before departure, the entire group rate is forfeited, without refund.
Group Size Reduction:
• If reduced more than nine months before departure, it can go down to one paying person, affecting free spaces.
• If reduced between nine months and 181 days before departure, 20% per cancelled passenger is forfeited, affecting free spaces.
• If reduced between 180 and 91 days before departure, the same conditions apply.
• If reduced 90 days or less before departure, 100% per cancelled passenger is forfeited, affecting free spaces.
